Cancellation Policy
Balmeno is offered as a one-time purchase or as a subscription. This cancellation policy explains how you can change, pause, or cancel a subscription purchase.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries, based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout — every 30 days for a 1-Month Supply, or every 90 days for a 3-Month Supply.
Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged automatically before each delivery, unless you have chosen to pay in advance.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Changing, Pausing, or Cancelling
You can change, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time. There are two ways to do it:
- From your account. Every order confirmation email contains a link to manage your subscription.
- By contacting us at support@balmeno.com. We will action your request and confirm it by email.
Changes take effect from your next scheduled order. If an order has already entered processing, we may not be able to stop it — but it remains covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee.
We recommend making any changes at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery date.
Changing Your Delivery Date or Frequency
You can move a delivery earlier or later, or switch between the 1-Month and 3-Month plans, from the same account link. If you are unsure which plan suits you, contact us before your next renewal rather than cancelling.
Refunds
Cancelling a subscription stops future deliveries. It does not automatically refund an order that has already shipped.

Pre-Orders and Try Before You Buy
We do not currently offer pre-orders or try-before-you-buy purchases. If we introduce them in future, this policy will be updated before they become available.
